I am trying to lear what you can do when using a blue tooth keybard and the I phone. I mean can you make cl calls with it use it to write text and whatelse you need to type things for. Any help would be appreciate it.
Depending on the keyboard some can help you type in most edit fields and navigate the phone. It can't help you with calls from my understanding, but I don't see how it would in any case.
I have an apple keyboard. It's great for editing text. You can play music pretty easily, navigate the iphone, use the roter, even do a screen find. If you go to applevis.com there's a whole list of keyboard commands which work with the Iphone.
i hear the apple blue ttouth keybord works great. i have a few frends that use it.
I use the Apple bluetooth keyboard with my iPad, and it works great when typing and navigating. I guess it would work fine with phone calls.
The only issues I've had with the bluetooth keyboard were when working in Pages on the Iphone. There's basically two views, far reading view, and zoomed in editing view. If you switch between the two views, you will lose your spot. When editing this is extremely frustrating. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the keyboard, or voiceover, but it's a real problem for me personally. Otherwise, if you get (or to those who have) an apple bluetooth keyboard, be very careful. THey're flimsy little devices. I often did dishes while listening to music on my Iphone. Once I got a couple drops of water in between a couple keys; pretty much destroyed the entire unit. obviously water's never a good idea, but that's a bit too rediculous. that said, it's a great little keyboard.
